We are putting wellness first!

Vanier is starting a 10-Day Yoga Challenge!  Students who are interested in taking a 'wellness break' by doing some yoga and mindfulness are welcome to join Mme Suenaga on Thursday mornings at 7:15 am (SHARP!) beginning on October 17th and ending on December 19th (10 days).  I will also be hosting some extra yoga days on Tuesday November 5th, 12th and 19th for the Vipers unable to make it to one of the Thursday mornings.  Yoga mats will be provided, but your child is encouraged to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and approach the challenge with an open mind!  Yoga sessions will be taking place in the music portable and be led by recommended YouTube experts!  Please ensure to get a permission form from Mme Suenaga if you would like to participate.
